dbox sky box office problem - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

hi guys, im new to the site. jus wanna say, iv had my dbox for about two years. wrestlemania 24 is on next week on sky box office. on my box, it comes on a channel called OTHER NVOD. jus wandering, why is that channel vhavin a blank screen at this time. shudnt the preview show be shown at this stage???

Unless you have a paid up Sly card you will not get any Sly channels.

Well I've had some other member ask me the same type of question for their box saying they got it chipped and i said to them that you dont have to pay anything but i think you do yano even whether it is if you are signed up for sly you will probz have to pay.
but check with other members first to see what they think about the box chipped.

no they show add on one then mania on other

at the moment the add you on about is showing on box office spt
so the wrestling could be on eighter of those chnls you wont find out till its nearer start time.

lol thx alot m8... il chek nearer the time... but jus so tht u knw....wen i go on sky box office....the screen is blank.....is this perfectly ok?? cos wenever it is a blank screen it turns off the other channels as well

hi mate if you are trying to say that the sly box office goes blank and it turns off the other channels then i know that it is not perfectly ok because if that has been going blank all the time then it is affecting the other channels by switching them off there must be a fault somewhere if your channels are going off coz of the sly box office.
