Default Eurovox Max V Connections without Arial

Just got my box today, Know where the cable connection goes in, but I'm unsure where the coaxial leaves the box to go to my dvd recorder / tv. the diagram shows the set up useing an arial which i dont have. Know where the scarts go but I'm unsure about the coaxial only. There's 4 sockets RF in . Loop out. Ant . TV/VCR. Thanks

you dont really need connect the coaxial. The scart to your dvd recorder should do the job fine.

I thought the coaxial needed to go to RF in on the DVD then out and on to the RF on the tv as shown in my set manual to tune them in. you say I dont need this ? Didn't realise the scart would do all this. Thanks

Just been talking with a mate, he says I need the coaxial as I will only be able to record the channel I'm watching, I'm confussed now, He thinks I could pick up the loop out with a short lead and redirect it to the ANT in on the back of the box and then out of the TV/VCR out socket as normal to the dvd / tv

Thats what i would do if youve no aerial, your mate's spot on you'll pick up the analogue 1 - 5 as well as a couple of others. Quality wont be as good but as you say gives you more options, still have it connected with scart as well for better quality recording from box.
