Default using splitter for eurovox

hello, i know this will sound stupid but i need help with my eurovox,i have v gin bb,tv,and phonline i need to set up my eurovox but not sure how to do this,somebody said to me i really need a splitter because vgin can tell if im not using their box. also if this is true how can i do this, any help will be apprecated , many thank every one cheers .

i am not sure that it is true. If I was you I would cancel my tv subscription as now you dont need it. If you want to run the vgin bax and eurovox one upstairs one downstairs then I wud suggest using a splitter. if you havnt got one i wud suggest ebay or maplins and all you do is connect the incomming cable into the splitter then you now have two connection you can connect on to. They are a little like a double plug adaptor in theory

I would suggest keeping at least the minimum TV subscription and using a splitter, put your subscribed box in another room.
