I want to connect my box for use in my bedroom. my parents have a normal V+ box downstairs. will this be a problem?

is eurovox better than starview hence the higher price?

So long as there is a reasonable signal strength, splitting the signal for an extra box shouldn't be a problem.

I can help you with a splitter kit even if you don't buy a Eurovox.

thank for your help mate. i have just bought the eurovox. read enough about it too go for it. I live in a terrace house. my parents v+ box is in the living room. my bedroom is above (square on. no other rooms between) the location of the box. should a strong signal be possible.

The signal strength depends on what comes into your house. You tell me what length of cable you need - you live there
