Default dead

Afternoon All,

I've got 2 Starview box's both dead. No sign of power going to them at all. Check the fuses all ok. Anyone give me some pointers to get them back on there feet

Does any of the boxes show anything,did the two of them go off at the same time.

showing nothing. one of them went off like a couple of months ago and one went off last couple of days

Open box and look for leeking or bulging caps.

What firmware are you using,is the box a clone.

firmware update i done ages ago..and i can't remember which one it is...both boxs are clones

if both clones and u downloaded wrong software box will need jtagged.

Wicked i manage to get it working i had to change the caps which made it boot up. Now the issue is it keeps freezing up. I'll do a software downgrade or upgrade 2nite to see if it makes any difference.
