Hi got a starview box set up, but can't seem to get a broadband connection through my modem, I'm using a 2 way spliter one going in to the starview box and one into my modem.
Any help please thanks.

Try your broadband without the splitter straight into your socket,it may be you splitter.

With what your saying if you use you splitter you can't use both TV and BB. If that is the case you need a new splitter.
