Unhappy Too far to be helped!!!!!! - Switch box?

HI, I have a satellite dish in my home and was hoping I could get some help.
I pretty much have no signal. I have done every possible troubleshooting task concerning sat dishes given to me by the provider.
I just moved here to northern canada and I am so far north that there are NO Satellite service people to help me. The dish and box were already here when I moved in. There was signal for the two weeks that I have lived here. I woke up one morn and found I had no signal.
I went on the roof to check everything out. Looks A OK to me. Inside is the same. So I assume it's something under the house (no basement, but there is a crawl space)
The "Q" is concerning Switch boxes.
I believe my switch box is under the house.
I have run a switch box check and it says I don't have any signal, does that mean my switch box has become faulty, perhaps do to it being -20 to -60c here, moisture, etc?

Any help would be great.
I will answer any if all follow up "Q's"

Thanks

If the temperature has been well down into the negatives its quite possible either the lnb has wandered out of tolerance or failed completely, or if its been stormy the dish may have moved slightly..

Also make sure the coax cables havent pulled out slightly - especially round the back of the receiver has been moved at all.

If you think the switchbox is faulty, try by-passing it with an F-connector joiner. How many LNBs are there on the dish?. How many satellites do you receive from?

I take it there is no snow/ice on the dish, as this will mess up the signal.

I would have thought you might need to some sort of dish heater, like you get on your back window of your car in those extreme temperatures.
