I am going to running my eurovox box in my bedroom. the easiest option for me is to run a coaxial cable outside and up my house backwall as i already have holes drilled for my tv aerial
will this be o.k or is it unsafe? |

Not all coaxial is best for outside use though, the proper external stuff that the CC's use has a silicone compound through it to make it more water resistant and their standard operating procedures is to use that for any external run, a good rule to follow though is if the coax has a honeycomb style diaelectric (plastic or foam insulation) then its not ideal for using outside as water can easily travel through it and is probably poor quality anyway, if its solid then it is best. Make sure you put a drip loop at the bottom point ( a loop downwards before you go up.)
