Found that one yesterday after seeing it mentioned on another board, and after I changed the SR from 4000 to 4800 (doh!)
Good strong signal here as is the other Uzbekistan channel on that transponder.

Yeah I caught it Yesterday and the day before I think, just decided to post today, only crossed my mine then.
