The signal booster i bought was the £14.99 one when you search on argos.co.uk for 'signal booster'. (this site won't let me post link till i've made 10 posts)



Cheap and cheerful but does the job and very easy to set up. Let me know if you get yours fixed

I bit the bullet and bought some contraption off of ebay that looks like some kind of 4 way splitter but it also has a 36db gain.

According to the listing it's the one that's recommended in the forums, so here's hoping!

I'll let you know how I get on.

Just to update anyone who was following the thread, the signal booster had little effect on my problem. The signals of 80% increased slightly but the 8% strength channels show no improvement and the all important missing channel is still not there.
