Default lnb help please

Help, ive acquired a 1mtr prime focus dish, the dish is in spain and was last used some years ago for german analogue channels on 19E. I got it on the end of my last visit and i brought the lnb home for testing -it doesnt work!! can anybody identify it? Here are some pictures

what are you trying to pick up with it? may just be case of its not universal?

I think you might be right, i tested it on a digital reciever . if its analogue im thinking it might have a fixed freqency or may be with adjustment by the screw on the side. when mounted on the dish theres no adjustment for the focal distance also its got a 60mm collar !

The LNB may be especially for that particular dish, also it probably has a fixed Local Oscillator only.

If you were seeking to replace it, measuring the F/D of the dish would help.

Hi,
If it was being used for analogue then in all probably it is not a universal LNB. Do as Robbo has suggested and you will find something to fit I am sure. It does not look like anything that is in any way a standard one.

There are others on here who will know what it is and if there is a similar type, but a universal. AS or Nano should have some idea what it is and where you might be able to get a replacement universal one from.

Thanks for your comments, i think this might be a longterm holiday project. i will bring back the lnb mounting plate with me next time with a view to modifying it to fit a 40mm collar. hopefully meanwhile somebody might identify the lnb
