New to forum so pls bear with me - a friend has Eurovox and to my amazement gets all SKY channels without paying anything. I want the samething but do not have cable - is there anything I can do?
Second question - want to receive UK / SKY channels in Portugal. If I stay with SKY can I take my viewing card over (providing I buy a decoding box either here and take over or buy there). Or, can something like Eurovox be purchased for Portugal (or even here). I know I could use an ordinary free to view digibox but want the subscription SKY channels also. |

Hi,
If you want Sky from satellite, you have to pay. For Sky in Portugal, yes you can use a Sky digibox from the UK and use it there, all you would need is a dish of the appropriate size. There are no receivers that can be used for Sky without buying a subscription. Obviously you would be able to get the free to air channels, with a standard FTA receiver though. Robbo ![]() |
