eurovox box stopped working, help?

i'm new to this site and having the same problem,can't access the link.says i dont have permission to access it either :s

i gt my eurovox 2 yrs ago...n i have had few problems with it in the past,but all i normally have to do is do a powerscan a few tyms or jus restore factory settings and its up n running again.but mine hasnt been working for the past two days.i've tried everything,even rung the place wher we got the box from,and they checked the keys we have on the box and they are correct.so dont understand why i'm having this problem..it's really wierd,the main channels lyk 1-5 show,but all the other channels always have no signal or code being updated displayed but at same time it still gives the information at the top as to what program is on that channel..hmm..strange

my friends been having the same problem with her box...cud it be that cable providers have blocked it all off now??

pls cud u advice me on how i can get it to work

A permanent fix is now available for this problem,no more having to enter any keys,you will find it in the stickies at the top of the forum,published by lincsat .....

what do u mean by stickies? theres nuffin by lincsat at the top :s im new here,so i dnt have a clue wher to go..how do i get to this thing?

Stickies are the threads at the top of the page with sticky printed next to them.
