Bsically you upload them to your computer and from there you dowload them to your box using a program such as Voxer or Dnupman too I believe you can use,(although I have never used this I always use Voxer ) do a google search for them...

There are a lot of cdf files posted in that sticky,make sure you have the correct one for where you live,if you cant find one you can always ask and hopefully someone will respond ...

cant get the cdf file to work on the box can some1 help i put in the glasgow ntl cdf file and it still saying updating code

cdf file is a chanel map, you will need to wait untill new fix to allow box to accept new keyroll type to be released by someone more cleverer in understanding firmware.
