is this unlooper any good , will it do rom 10 and 11 cards?

Looks good,someone asked about this one before, dont know anyone whos got one, i have a dynamite plus which is brilliant, they have their own forum on the duolabs site so maybe you should ask some questions before buying just to make sure, it looks like it does everything phoenix programming as well.
