Got a new THEBOX super but am having problems downloading the software, my pc does not have a RS232 connection so I bought a RS232 to USB convertor but when I click for the download its doesnt download download box stays on 0% com port is correct where am i going wrong?Thanks for any help

What firmware are you using is it 6.00

Hi, got thebox super 3 and it wont register any pay channels, it just keeps saying data is being updated over and over again. Have not experienced this before as it usually comes on after updating. Any ideas?
