Channels missing

Recently a few channels did not work, it said NO SIGNAL when you went on them. I updated the channels which did not fix the problem so i done a powerscan which solved the problem.

The only thing is that i cant find 2 channels which i had before. They are Zee TV and Sony Ent Asia. Any idea on how to get them back?

have you tried adding them manually?

zeetv on mine is
frequency : 466.00 modulator 6953 (yours may different)

Sony TV is
Frequency :594.00 modulator 6953

Have you checked at the end of the list as that is where they get added on a rescan?

Check all your connections, splitters etc 'no signal' often a cable connection problem.

Also "update channels" on relevant transponder/s on "user installation" menu.

Ive done a powerscan again but still not there and also have checked all the conenctions are ok.

Also is my modulator also 6953 and what transponder do i have?

The weird thing is that i have got zee cinema and zee music but not zee tv.
