shouldnt need new software in uk press menu, then with remote press 1570 takes u to a secret menu turn emu key on press ok a couple of times till ur back on screen try sports then.

should do press menu on remote then with remote press 1570 there will be a secret menu then scroll down turn on emu key and exit untill ur out go to sports and all should be on, ur prob is probably software u put on.
