Hi everybody,
Sorry if this thread has been done already but did search but nothing has come up.Could anyone tell me what is the best Cable box that will work with NTL (Virgin Media) in the North east (Teesside Area) Any help is welcome as I'm new to all this. Regards Spanky

Sorry meant to add another question to my last post...lol Where is the best website to buy the cable boxes from that would give me a good deal and sell me an upto date box with all firmware installed. Again any help is good help. Regards Spanky

What type of box are you after, samsung 2100 or pace 4001, 4010, are best for pure ntl, you would need a programmer, j tag or led simm, or the other type of box like eurovox, starview,dreambox, which are almost plug and play.
Have a read through the forum and do a bit of research before you buy anything, as you can easily come unstuck with a clone or wrong type of box. |

Thanks for your help,
Will look through the fourms to see what problems peeps have had with boxes then go from there. I'm sure what ever box I go with I will have loads of questions that have been asked before, but will do a search before asking. Regards Spanky

go for the kryptview if i was you probably the best supported stb on the market
try tailer made circuits say recommended by spikebaby you never know you might get discount |
