Question c1501 noob question

Ok people hello to all, have spent abit of time lurking in the back ground reading 100's of posts,
Right what i need to know is!
ive got a quad core Q6600, 2 gb ram, 8500gt grafics and was looking at adding a tv card, i originally checked out the forum to look at the eurovox boxes and now would like to add a c1501 to the pc to start with, hoping to stream the odd event too,
checked out the Dvb shop but which product do i need is it the
tt budget c1501 with CI interfac and PCI
or
tt budget c1501 with remote??

as i said im a complete noob to ALL of this

For a newby I'd get 1501 with remote, as you can get a seperate ci interface for it later if you want to go down the hard cam route.
