moving channels manually using remote

hi all, i am having trouble trying to get info on how to move the channels manually the way i want them on my eurovox maxv. The guy who helped me set it up the phone a while back has moved country so i cant get him at the moment. I had to rescan after i lost all the channels at the wknd..now i know there are various programmes etc that i can do this with a pc but i'm a mac user and to be honest id prefer to do it manually.can anyone advise me..whilst remembering that i'm an idiot so keep it simple! thanks a lot...

I sold my Eurovox max a little while ago so from memory. Press the menu > pin > 0000 > channel manager > Red button (sort) > Yellow Button (manual) this should highlight the selected channel and you than scroll to where you wanto to move > OK.
