Hi there guys,
Sorry but i 'm missing something re sorting out my arnet box. Just like all the other boxes mine went down a couple of days ago. I have two boxes a Dbox (which I managed to sort) and the arnet. I'm reading guys saying you need a cable and some say just check out the bigmaq site, some also saying I need to download firmware. I would be grateful if someone could give me the idiots guide (I have read through most of these posts but am not really sure what to do )I appreciate the effort and work you guys have put in so far and also understand you are probably sick to death of peeps like me comin on and asking for a quick fix. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes in reality BUT has your laptop got a 9pin "D" Serial connection? not the 15pin vga that most have but the actual serial connection
