Hi Looking for a wee bit of help

I have the codes I need and am trying to talk my mum over the phone what she needs to do

we are trying to run these steps : -
press menu-yellow
3 lines will appear
provider
ntl-5401
tw-5a01
ex cw-5c01
then I need to enter the new keys

But nothing is happening when we press menu yellow. Only getting language screen up. havent got 3 lines up

also read somewhere that we need to
menu>yellow>enter in the four figures for you provider id you wrote down for the provider

but cannot find any way to key in numbers

Can anyone help please?

press Menu/Language Settings and key in 19681968 on your remote. A screen now displays with all the cable providers and their keys listed.

Arrow <> across til you find your provider. Go to the first line and press OK (to Edit). Arrow down to the Key Data line and enter the first line of the key here. Use <> to change the value in the field and OK to move on to the next field. Save and go to the second line listed for your cable provider and repeat.

Nope if you manually enter new keys it should work straight away
