Hi

just been setting this up earlier, when plugged directly into the back of the box works perfect all channels. Whilst using a splitter to have broadband aswell I am having major problems. I did a factory reset and rescanned and pretty much all channels get found again but none work except for the BBC ITV etc..Evocam is on and image is dw 2.0 ..it doesn't say no signal or anything, just doesn't show an image. Any ideas?

All boxes are off at the moment all over the uk! VM have changed the encryption by the looks of things!
