its been posted around the forum but people arnt sure what goes in the provider box

press menu-yellow

3 lines will appear
provider
ntl-5401
tw-5a01
ex cw-5c01
enter the keys were it says
key 00 ** ** ** ** ** ** ** **
key 01 ** ** ** ** ** ** ** **
then do a google and download bigmaq toolbar for the latest keys for your provider

if your not sure of your ex provider check here List of Net Id's for Cable TV

I'm a complete newb - sorry! I get "Provider" "Key 00" and " Key 01" and a bunch of zeros...where do i go from here?

I have downloaded the tool bar could u pm me the codes for the stiring area in scotland

The keys can be got from the Toolbar, the guide is clear and concise.
