Hi, I am really new to asking for help and I usually figure things out myself but I really can't update my Eurovox box. I have tried 2 key codes for the W Yorks are and they do not work!!!! Any offers of assistance would be appreciated!!

im trying to get to the menu where i can enter keys buts its not letting me, i have a eurovox maxx im pressing menu and yellow but its not working any other ideas

found out how to get to where the keys are press menu go to the language section press 19681968 and then you find where to put the keys, i had to do all of them to get it to work ntl telewest and c&w
