go into google on computer type in bigmaq. download the toolbar and install.
when you have installed you will see latest keys on toolbar,open them and look for your provider eg telewest. write them down.two sets. below is the provider numbers in just the four digits ie mine is 5a 01. now the pain, on your tv buttons press menu then yellow button , a screen will appear you now have to input all the keys you have by using remote and codes. in put provider numbers first provider ntl-5401 tw-5a01 ex cw-5c01 |

I think you'll find the codes come from a Starview. The Starview 2 & 3 have been unaffected by the changes... so far!
