Does anyone else have this make of box and if so how do you get to the place you enter the new codes.

Hi

I was having the very same problem yesterday, I too have that model.

Go to Menu, preferences and rather than opening up languages, leave it highlighted and then press the yellow text button at the bottom right of your remote. it opens up the page where you input the codes. Hope this helps
