My partner works for Virgin Media, they received an internal mail yesterday at around 3pm to advise that Virgin were going to put a stop to customers receiving the channels for free with the dbox. This was 15 mins before they actually scrambled the channels..sneaky. I laughed this off as they have tried this before but normally after 24 hours and a reboot of the dbox the channels come back. Not this time tho', came in after the match to watch the highlights and everything has gone. Tried this morning, left on LFC TV for 10 mins and then the channels came back but only for half an hour. no joy since. I am now left with Jeremy Kyle and am begginning to despair. Anyone had any joy getting the channels back, i'm waiting for an update from the other half but nothing so far.

google search for bigmaq toolbar. Download and install it to your browser then click the latest keys button on the bar.

Honestly I really don't wanna pollute this thread with my ignorance....But I've got the keys and I can't find where the actual help threads are...I've never connected my Dbox to my PC so I'm not sure how...would I be right in thinkin it is through Ethernet?...hope so anyway.....

So really the most simple and understanding help needed....Thanx a lot so far...I think I'm making some progress ...

To set up your DBOX for ftp there are some excellent beginners guides in the downloads section Private FTA

Once you have an ftp connection then browse to download the file to your pc
/var/keys/keylist.txt
use wordpad NOT notepad (it screws up the format of the file) and replace the keys with ones given by the bigmaq toolbar.
Save the file and ftp it back to the box and overwrite the old keylist
Change
Softcam: EvoCamd
Nargra Rom 7 enabled (all others disabled)

Hi, I have a step by step giude on how you can reconfig the keys on a Dbox via your remote control, which I can PM you?

The keys you have are they the latest ones, and are they for the Dbox and the UK region? if so could you PM these to me?
