Hi the other way is go in to menu press ok on language settings then key in twice on your remote 1968 key screen will open use the < or > button on remote to get to nagravision screen if its not visible. select and press ok on your provider go down to key data field and enter codes for first line 00 use < or > arrows on remote to change numbers /letters when done press blue button to save and exit . now scroll down to line on you provider and select that enter numbers same as above . good luck
