Default From bad to worse

Right Guys/Girls,

I've been suffering the same fate as everyone else in the UK,

However I've been patient and read through every single thread regarding this matter and followed the step by step guides on how to input the new codes.

I have downloaded the bigmaq toolbar instead of harrasing anybody or clogging up threads with PM requests

And am still having problems.

I live in Sunderland, which was originally a C&W area, then N*L and now VM.

I have tried the codes from bigmaq for C&W and N*L using the yellow button method and the 1968 method but am still out of look.

As it stands I can pick up every single channel from a power scan, have full EPG but I'm recieving a SERVICE UNKNOWN message on screen.

Any tips on how to sort this out would be greatley recieved.

BTW it a EurovoxmaxV.

Thanks SP33DY

Cheers for the reply Dave,

I am using the correct codes 5401 for N*L and 5C01 for C&W,

the fact it says service unknown is the bit that concerns me as yesterday it was displaying the code update message

Cheers SP33DY

Hi percy,

the codes for my area are the c&w 5c01 as I've done my parents and brothers and we all live within a mile of each other, yet mine just shows service unknown yet still recieves the EPG and can find all the channels on power scan so it's obviously recieving some info?
