DBOX no longer working, tried system scan and lost all channels

Hi guys,

have a few years experience fixing many of these dboxs' (just the simple stuff though).

This week i have had 8 boxes to fix and 6 were no problem flashing with the pacino trilogy x2 and x1 that was recently updated with all keys and stuff fixed.
2 boxes are giving me probs though, both Sagem x2 after reflashing and uploading my services and bouquets restarting the box i get NO channels.
So i re-flash do a scan for my area pick up 31 transponders but no channels.

Any ideas what i could do next to sort this.
Could it be problems with the antenna connection on both boxes or software probs.

The process i use works as i have fixed many boxes but its not working for these two.
