Default changing codes on 2006 box

This site is truly amazing!

Brother has (i think) 2006 eurovox box. When pressing MENU then YELLOW nothing happens. Can he access the codes for changing using the Menu > language settings and 19** 19**

Thanks

Bye the way updated my codes yesterday and all is ok (NTL huddersfield)
seems there are 2 code changes a day. but what the hell its only a 2 minute job to update em.

Did i say this site was amazing :-))

the 1968 way will work but the menu-yellow should also unless he's got really old firmware on it

so what happens if i DO have the really old firmware?

is there a different way of entering code via remote control or is it a case of loading new firmware? if the latter is the case, as firefoxdc asks, where would i get that firmware?

thanks
