Question provider code.??please help

no much experience with this.

eurovox max 3 2006 bloue down few days ago.

how can i do to get my cable provider code 5401 ? 5c01.?

I'm on vir*in (former_ N*L) in York.

press menu then press ok on language then type 1968 then type 1968 again.
You can change codes here.
Hope this helps
think you should be 54 01

i've done that as you sugest..
but i can see many differents codes...54 01 .**01 ...and on.
is there any way to see my provider code..only the current in use..?
