Default Need adaptor connecter, Din 5 Pin male with Coax' cable male, other end.

Hello,
The only part I mention is to complete all I have at present, being a
Video Card To S Video And TV Adapter Cable, and VGA junction cables from my cpu to both monitor and analog TV set.
One of the extensions off from the Video Card To S Video And TV Adapter Cable, is what I would think to transmit both the video/ audio 'digital' transmission, is the Din 5 Pin female line-in. The other of this 'Y' is a RCA female, (which in itself, leads to another request for insight).

Is this RCA female, required for its part in transmission of internet cable broadcasting . . . to analog?
Most important to this issue is that my TV has only the coaxial port. Thanks for any input!
