Default TW Scotland- No Sky Sports

Hi.I'm on former TW in Scotland. When everything went down yesterday I stupidly cleared all the data off my Eurovox (Red Box) and did power scan with the new codes.I got most things back but none of the Sky Sports channels reappeared.I have just put the new codes in this morning and done an Autoscan (/Channel Update) but they're still not there.
Any suggestions? Is there a way I can input the frequencies for the Sky Sports channels manually- if so, does anyone have them?

Thanks in advance for any help.Sky Sports is the main reason I got the box in the first place so I'm dying to get it back!

Did you do a Factory Settings Reset after you cleared all the channels.

I think you should have done that before changing the codes and powerscan.

I may be wrong but I am sure someone with more knowledge than me will set you right if this is not the case.

Thanks for your reply. No I didn't do a factory reset- wasn't aware that I had to.I hear now that I needn't have even done a power scan, so I'm reluctant to lose everything again and start over. Can anyone confirm that I need to factory reset?

Can someone please give me the frequencies for the Sky Sports channels so I can try to enter them manually and see if they come up?
Cheers.
