Dbox Not Working

My young lad has been playing about with my Dbox and now all i am getting is no epg info any help would be great

have sportster image every thing was ok yesterday morning with new key then last night nothing using cable and wireless in manchester area now when i do scan finds no channels what so every anybody help me please.

Have you got the right settings under scan ? ie c&w as provider, fast scan off etc

yes got c&w as provider and also turned fast scan off still nothing this morning

im using blade v2 all i am getting on the lcd is no epg.............tried a scan and all i get is teleport on all the channels
