hello all,

I was just wonderin... if anyone could tell me if this site is legit and if there boxes are not fakes ... ??

because i ordered a box on tuesday and still waiting for it ... only to find out the virgin have blocked the tings :s.....

ne advice ?
(only stumbled on this forum yesterday ... )

Long distance selling regulations mean that you are fully entitled to change your mind and return the item within 7 days.

If not yet delivered, you can simply refuse to accept the delivery and it'll be returned without you having to pay for postage.

If a trader gets shirty, then contacting Trading Standards will usually sort it out.

However, if you paid by credit card - always advised - then whether the trader likes it or not, the credit card company can reverse the transaction in the event of a dispute and even charge the trader for having to do so.

Bottom line - if you still don't want your eurovox, you don't have to have it.

As mentioned elsewhere on the forums, though, we've seen card updates before and firmware has often caught up eventually with coding changes.

Of course, you should be able to get plenty of use from a legitimate cable subscription.

How long ago did you get urs ago.... I'm still waiting for mine ?

i also got mine from there.

they are very easy to setup, they are genuine boxes and it arrived the next working day..

i have only had mine a couple of weeks.

Perhaps the seller has a conscience and didn't want to send one while the problems were going on?

I ordered mine from lincsat on a saturday arrived on the tuesday.
very good service.
