Hay how come my box used to 'auto update' the codes and now al of a sudden we have to put them in manually? what has chainged so that the box dont figger it out anymore??

In simple terms - V_M have changed the way whey make the changes. Your box will need new firmware that can decode theiir new system.

this is where i cant get on the website cos of all the new "OMG MY BOX IS BROKEN" threads, and i get timeouts and DB errors.
