Old card for explorer box still working

Hello to everyone

This is my first post im glad i stumbled across this site, seems to have a lot of helpfull stuff on the forums. I was talking to a mate at work and he said his box is still going fine its the old Explorer box. I was hunting up the loft and found one of these all i need to do now is acquire the card, titanium or whatever its called and i should be back in business i think.

Anyone know if these cards will be oblivious to the changes or will work ok for a while and whereabouts can these be bought.
