HELP please.

I have done everything said so far on the guide,but when i try and upload my channels from eurovox to computer it wont start,a box appears and COM 1 and COM 3 flick between each other as if it's trying to assign com1 or com 3,i aint got a clue what to do?

Hi hope you can help got a black euro box max v 2008 iv downloaded the new firmware got the cable can somebody please let me know what to do as it's my first time

you need to plug the cable in to the back of your computer and in to the back of the box then just simply press download until donload succesfull

hiello ron.i have 11 holes at top of grill will this be blue06, i have opened it up and i not sure if its cloned i dont think it is. when i get a rs232.how do i flash box. i aint done this before so a run down with codes and what i have to do will be good thanks, and does the box need to be plugged in and switched on.
