ebay is best bet just search for null modem cable. couple of quid delivered

hi i have a euro-vox in system info it says 1.0ssn4 nov 25 2005 which firmware do i use? people talking about red and blue box i also have 6 row of 24 vents on top any help?

hehe at descriptions LOve it

the flat blue port is to plug a monitor into, what you need is a I/O port (input/output) aka Serial port, the spikey end is known as male, the flat one female (think about it). The lead is a RS232 from fleabay if you dont have a PC/Laptop with a serial port, you can buy an PCI serial port card for a tower system. or use a USB to serial lead (but reading about on this forum they are problamatic with Vista)

look through the vents at the modulator casing on the right hand side where the feed in goes, how many slots can you see the metal box through 8 or 12?

Thats the impression i got from the picture posted under the cable in the stickie

o i see well when looking through vents i counted 11 but could say 12 thanks
