okay, so I've look through this threads and found many different solutions to my problem, but they did not work...

So...my problem is that UFL is stuck on "waiting for the response of your receiver".

I've tried changing com ports, no luck...
I've also got a Null Modem cable no an Rs232

Also when i try to upload channel data, it detects the com port and then after a minute of so it says no available com port.

Thanks for any help in advance

Have you made sure your com port is set between 1 and 4? The box only checks this range. If you are in this range then try unplugging the power lead and putting it back in again. Failing that try re-starting your pc with it all connected up.

Hi, thanks for your reply, the com ports i have tried are 1, 2, 3 and 4. None of these are helping, its just the same problem. when you say unplgging the power lead and then putting it back, do you mean when its trying to find the box or just generally? And ill try leaving it connected and restarting it.

Thanks for the help, ill let you know if it works.

When it's trying to find the box, remove the power from the box and put it back again.
