on the bigmaq toolbar just go to updates / fixes and download the software you need for the box have. send it to your box and its all done. it will update its self

OK - Blue box/06/12 grids with first update (Feb 07 followed by UFL Max BLUE 21/04/08)... via rs32 cable (box connected to pc)

All went according to plan with download "successful"...NOT!!!!

When i reconnected the box and did the power scan the following occured:

When powerscan completed, it shows only channel 1 at the top of the grid - I press OK then the bottom bar starts loading (in RED and on average 20% max) and continues until i press OK, in which case a "tick" appears beside the channel number or EXIT then the tv says "Channel not currently available"...

What have i done wrong...or what have i not done?
Any help would seriously be appreciated
