Can someone PLEASE help me, I have never loaded any new firmware at all, the most i have done is input keys......

Can someone give me a idiots guide from start to finish how to do this (in easy terms laguage as well, not good with computers).From downloading to pc, to uploading to box.......

Basically I have not got the foggiest idea where to start etc etc....

your help would be more than appreciated...
