I had the same problems as well, i sorted it after i used my mates to downlaod the file, how ever it was a conflicting program

try device manager - com ports - propites - advanced setting and select port 1

just managed it, the usb to nine pin adapter had problems on vista and xp. plugged the nine pin female adapter into old lap top and worked first time, many thanks to everone

i followed the instructions exactly, but when i hit 'Download' and then 'Start' it just comes up 'Waiting for the response of your receiver...' my eurovox is on standby, i have the red eurovox max. any help will be appreciated

when i connect my eurovox blue to the software by pressing the download button i get the message the firmware is not fit for your reciever ... ??

what do i do ??

Hi all,

Like most people my box stopped working about approx 10 days ago. Only got the time to flash the box witht the new firmware and last night it was working fine. Came home today to be told by my mum the box isn't working again and it just says 'code updating' as per usual. Why is this happening and can anyone please help?!
