Just a note with regards to this tutorial:

This tutorial was written with the following Eurovox models in mind:
Eurovox Max Red
Eurovox Max Blue
Eurovox Max V
Eurovox EX1000SL

It may work for other Eurovox Models however this cannot be confirmed as I don't have a receiver to test it on.

hello
I have eurovox ex1000sl, bought it a year ago it was working superb till now! I have rung the person that I have bought it from and he told me there is new box out and that is why I cant updated or make it work again? Is it possible that he gave me box with a program inside so it stops working after a year and make me buy another box?

That sounds like a load of bollocks to me. More like, he wants you to buy the latest box off him. There will still be updates for the Ex1000sl for some time to come, so don't worry about that

there are boxes which work so yes he is right in sense but its not a eurovox thats for sure.

The boxes that work are:

kryptview and starview.

But these boxes require an active internet connection!!

its not that theyve included code so that it stopped working now! ypuve been hit by nagra 3. google it and all will be seen

Thank you for this usefull help. I have gone through all the stages with the latest download onto USB and he Eurovox ex6000 revolution identified the file and loaded it. I still get all the channels blocked though. I am not in an upgraded area as yet as we have not received or been notified of the new cards yet. Please can anyone offer any further help or have I just bought something that is never going to work!!. Got a storage drive though!!!

More like, he wants you to buy the latest box off him. There will still be updates for the Ex1000sl for some time to come, so don't worry about that
