I couldnt make it much easier mate i posted a tutorial here kryptview arnet ADMIN ATTENTION PLEASE
just follow that you should be fine,youll need a null modem cable to connecto the pc serial port NOT uusb-serial adapter tho

nothing is simple with me.

I have downloaded the file, unzipped it, but it wont open as its a bin file. aaarrr!

What am i doing wrong...sorry for being thick.

You only need to open the zip/rar file the bin files is the file you flash to the box,via the loader
