i downloaded the new firmware now im getting 8% signal my signal was 85-95% before this firmware

mine is doing exactly the same was working fine yesterday, updated last night and all channels break up and signal sits at 8%

Are you using the correct mbaud rate? Mine is 6.952 or whatever your area is? this has changed on the "FAST INSTALL" make sure you select the right one, there are now a few more options on this firmware update.

i backed up my channel list before flashing and just uploaded that back to it when i was done with updating firmware and they all worked fine before i updated firmware

I have a horrible feeling that this is similar to the problems we had when the new 'signal booster' firmware came out.

A lot of boxes would suffer with the 8% signal issue (mine included) once the firmware was updated, only solution was to keep using the October firmware (i think it was that one), obviously now thats going to be a problem with the key's rolling.... damn.

Hi, this is my first post. I recieved my Eurovox 2008 yesterday and have just kinda got my head round all the stuff thats been going on. I've flashed the box with Kuro firmware but have the same 8% signal problem.

However, I had the same 8% issue before the flash, any particular reason for this? I know some guys here really know their stuff and its only a matter of time before they crack it!

I had the same problem so i did a manual scan and now my signal is back to 82%

Sounds like it's probably your box that is the problem, you should contact your supplier as it is a known fault.

to be honest I think it's the firmware not the box, mine did exactly the same when the october firmware came out and all channels sit at 8%, I added a signal booster (proper bought one, not the in built thing) and it sorted the break up no problem, all channels working fine even at 8%
