oh dear..flashed my eurovox and lost it all without backup
hi all u good folks out there,
i unfortunately flashed my eurovox (blue) and now its lost everything..channels and all (didnt backup my channels silly me) .i'm in the oxford area (NT HELL) and would love some assistance so please please let me hear from you. cheers, smitta |

did the firmware update ok?
if so look on the stickes at top of forum for cdf files have a trawl through and see if there one for your area.

Thanks alot Shadow for pointing me in that direction,
the info i got of the biqmaq toolbar has a net id,frequency and symbol rate for my area. million dollar question for me is where and how do i input this ? cheers, smitta ps.the firmware loaded fine (though all i got is a blank screen and no channels..) :-( Last edited by smitta; 11-04-08 at 05:15 PM. |

they are entered in the manual channels in the menu Installation user installation. But if you can get to there you can do a scan. This is on the maxV btw. use the coloured buttons to do stuff in there.

my brother has done mine with a saved tv list to save me the hassle of updating again. and he also done a new firmware update for a friend with a old blue box and the screen stayed black till he done a new scan for channells as he didnt save his programm list. do a fresh scan and u should be ok. |

cheers for all the help fellas,
after what seemed an eternity doing a power scan..hey PRESTO ! we're back on and got the channels back.ive had to setup the favourites again but hey; i did have a black screen not too long ago. the smitta is smitten !!  regards. |
